Returns
All our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product in the following conditions, please notify us within 30 days.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS:
You can return your product within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or the package is broken.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is past its expiration date.
- The order is incomplete, or products are missing.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN:
- Opened, used, or altered products.
- Need to include original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.).
- Return/replacement request submitted after 4 days from the delivery date.
- Damaged or missing products are reported after 4 days from the delivery date.
- The product is being returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
Please consult your doctor before purchasing the product.
IN CASE OF AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURN:
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product. Please email us images as proof.
- We will review your return request within 24 working hours.
- If the product is beyond use and damaged, we will ask you to discard it. In this case, we will offer a replacement.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product via any reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.
- Once the product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate a replacement or refund, depending on the condition.
- Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:
- The product returned is visibly damaged or tampered with by you.
- The shipping address provided during the order placement needs to be corrected.
- You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
- You fail to comply with the returns policy outlined above.
REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- The shipping address needs to be serviceable by us.
- If you comply with the returns policy mentioned above.
- The returned product is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
- You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your order anytime by emailing us before it is dispatched. However, orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
It takes 5 to 7 days for the amount of a cancelled order to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Are there any processing fees for returns and replacements?
There are no processing fees for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the difference.
What are the modes of refund available?
- To cancel, exchange, or return a product, email us directly.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment once the product is received and verified within 3-5 working days.
- The refund will be transferred to the bank account mentioned during the return request for Cash on Delivery orders. Once the product is received and verified, the amount will be processed within 3-5 working days.
How many days will it take to deliver the replaced product?
Once the replacement request is approved, we will dispatch your replacement within 3-5 working days.
